Matt is the only full-time elder on staff at Countryside. He grew up in nearby Waupaca before moving to southeast Wisconsin for Bible college earning a Bachelors' degree in Biblical Counseling. He has since finished a Master's degree in Biblical Counseling as well. He has been in pastoral ministry since finishing Bible college in 2009. He was called to Countryside on June 26th, 2022. His role at Countryside includes preaching, teaching, counseling, and overseeing the children's ministry. Matt, his wife Missy, and their three children love spending time in the outdoors hiking and camping. You will also find him with either his camera or guitar in his hands.

Len and Teresa have been a member of Countryside since January of 2003. Len has been an elder since April of 2021. In his free time Len enjoys flying and repairing aircraft along with woodworking. Len's areas of oversight at Countryside include Global Outreach, worship, and the finance team.
